Chris is Chief Financial Officer at Kennebec River Restoration Trust, where he manages the financial operations of the Trust and its subsidiaries, ensuring their financial health and sustainability. With over 20 years of experience in energy services and renewable energy, Chris specializes in financial accounting, analysis and risk management, and managing complex transactions.
Prior to joining the Trust, Chris was at Atlantic Power Constructors where he led a merger and acquisition process, and at Swift Current Energy where he led key finance and accounting functions across the company. Chris received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Bentley University.
