Jeremy Cluchey

TNC Staff — Public Affairs Support

Jeremy is Director of Public Affairs for The Nature Conservancy in Maine (TNC), where he oversees communications, government relations, and external partnerships. He has worked in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors and in federal, state, and local government. As part of a shared services agreement between TNC and the Kennebec River Restoration Trust, he currently spends a portion of his time supporting the public communications and community engagement efforts of the Trust.

Prior to joining TNC in 2019, Jeremy held communications leadership roles at Maine Audubon, Bates College, and the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) in Washington, DC. He holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Wesleyan University, and is certified in user experience (UX) by the Nielsen Norman Group. He is a former selectman in Bowdoinham, where he lives with his family.
